Refund policy

Due to the highly customizable nature of our business, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size you selected, or a spelling you gave us. Please check the size chart and read your personalization twice before you order.

We will always fix our own mistakes. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email jacdupstitchin@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll remake it or refund it. That one's on us.

Bulk and group orders are quoted and approved before production. Once you approve a proof, the order is final.
